My favorite Pinterest recipes
This page was supposed to all about the food I am usually making and my favorite recipes. But as I do not have a home for the moment, I decided to fill this page with my favorite Pinterest recipes. I hope you will enjoy and have a lot of nice dinners ahead. Love Tess
Creamy Coconut Lime Chicken Breasts
This is one of my favorites and it is super easy. I found it on Pinterest. Which I find most of my recipes. I made this dish for a dinner party we had and it was a success. You gonna find a lot of chicken recipes in here as it is my favorite.
CAJUN CHICKEN WITH CORIANDER AND LIME RICE
This precipice I would make without Coriander as I am really not a fan of this herb. But it is absolutely fine to just skip Coriander. This dish works very well for Lunch too. This is a very fresh and healthy meal.
This dish only takes 20 min to make and is both healthy, funny and super tasty! This is something that I would recommend for a Friday family dinner. This way you can have a great meal for Friday night without spending too much time in the kitchen as you probably rather chill on the sofa after a full week at work than slaving in the kitchen.
THE BEST SWEDISH MEATBALLS
As a Swede, it is my duty to tell you about the best meatballs. This is for sure one of the dishes I want when I come home to Sweden, or when I go to IKEA. But I would recommend eating the meatballs with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam (which you can get at IKEA) not with pasta as in the recipe, but it is of course up to you :) Other that that, it is perfect.
SYN FREE PIZZA TOASTS
This is something that we use to make on Sundays when we were children. We made them less complicated with only cheese, ham, and tomatoes for those who wanted. Must mostly we only wanted cheese and ham, and yeah. Butter! Lots of butter. This recipe contains a little more ingredients than the once we made as children, but this way they are so much tastier.
CREAMY GARLIC PARMESAN MUSHROOM CHICKEN & BACON
All my favorite things in the same dish. Bacon, mushroom, and chicken. You will notice that I LOVE dishes with cream sauces combined with rice. I am not a big fan of rice but with this... it is a most! Nom nom nom.
SWEET POTATO, LENTIL AND FETA SALA
I LOVE sweet potato. I think most of us do. But I am sad to say that I have not seen one since I moved to Spain. Apparently, they are not very popular here. But I need to make a change to that as it is the tastiest cards in the world. But for you that can still walk into a store and buy one, this recipe is for you. A perfect lunch.
