Coco-puffs for Brekkie and tea at Donut Dunkin before talking the bus into the city. I killed off all my taste buds after drinking the tea when boiling hot, hehe.

I look so lovely on the first photo, haha. A ladybug made herself at home on my nose as we were waiting for the bus. Chloës sister lives out in New Jersey so to get into the city we needed to take an hour long bus ride in.

After a very sugary breakfast I needed some greens in my body. I am kinda proud: I made Chloë like kale smoothies this day. Well, I didn’t make the smoothie or did I force it upon her, but I take all the credit.

First stop: Empire State Building! Is definitely a good way to start the trip, get a better understanding of the city by looking at it from the sky. Lovely, lovely views.

In the souvenir shop, one of the women working there asked me where I was from, whilst I was having a look in the shop. I said that I was from Sweden and the first thing she asked me was “Oh, so do you know Fredrik?“. (Like: “Yeah, as a fellow Swede I totally know Fredrik!”) “Ehh… what?”… was what I really said. “Yeah, you know, the real estate guy?”. Then I got it. Fredrik Eklund! The Swedish guy in Million Dollar Listing New York. So we were chit-chatting away about that for a second.

Chloë then showed me Times Square and where she used to sit and have lunch when she had her internship here. We then had a milkshake and some curly fries at a place called Ellen's Stardust Diner. It’s a restaurant with singing waitstaff. The staff is singers/dancers that wanna get into the broadway scene. So you got a free show whilst enjoying your meal.

After we had enjoyed the wee show at Ellen's Diner we were invited to Henrik's workplace close by. He usually works in another office but just today he was working in the office close to times square.

At the office there were free drinks and beer, so we sat there until it was time for me and Chloe to leave for our broadway show. No more sleep.

Seriously, this play was so cool. All dark, everyone needed to wear a mask and nobody was allowed to talk. You follow the actors around and see different (but still connected) plays play out throughout the "hotel". I am not gonna lie, it was a very sexy vibe in there. And lots of nudity, haha.
