Hi there, I have the worst DOMS of all times. Its freaking horrible 😱I almost did not get up the 2 steps stairs to get from the kitchen to my room just now. Me and my workmate Patricia went to a class called legs, glutes and abs. I am blessed that I don't think its very painful to work out my legs, but this class was so intense that my legs were not responding after a while. Like seriously, we were doing an insane amount of squats and after we done with all of them we did jumping squats and on the way down my muscles were not responding 😂 But my plan is to do this class once a week from now on to really get my ass up to my back 🍑But lets see when my legs are recovered enough to do it again!
My only new year's resolution is to try all classes at the gym. I thought that is a good and fun way to get fit. Instead of just having the normal "I'm gonna get fit"-resolution that never works.
Yesterday we had our last Friday at the old office as we are moving company this month, so we went out for some food and drinks after work.
Then I met Lia at piano works. She was also dead sore from a class she took. Let me tell ya: it was incredibly hard to dance 😂It was so obvious that the bouncer asked me if I have recently had leg day 😅
I honestly don’t know why I am bending my back like that 😂
