Hello hello, sitting chilling in my bed after a Saturday full off “must do’s”. Washing, food shopping, meal prep and cleaning.

I woke up at 5 this morning. I don’t know why but my body was apparently ready to get out of bed. So I took the opportunity to get out before sunrise to take some pictures. I love doing this type of creative adventures. Just trying things out for fun. Practice makes perfect and it was nice to get out before the place got crowded.

I think I am gonna do the same thing tomorrow, but I am at least gonna have a few more hours of sleep because when I came home later today I crashed so hard and fell asleep for 2 hours. I think I fell asleep around 1 and woke at 5, and I definitely need more sleep than that to function.

Tomorrow I am also gonna try to get my ass to the gym. I need that so badly and my body is screaming after it. I feel horrible, not look wise but inside. Sugar and shit food for so long is taking its toll on my. That is why I did food shopping for all week and did my meal prep. Turkey, trout and plaice (which I have never cooked before and barely even eaten) and lots of veggies. I need a activate myself.

So I just booked in some spinning (Hardcore cycling 😅) for tomorrow at 11! OOH YEAH! Now it starts 😎Need to make sure I get a good breakfast before 😅
