My new mornings
Once again I managed to get up before 05:30 in the morning to be able to workout before work. I am not gonna lie. I am proud of myself. I know if I decide to do my cardio after work, I will simply not do it. I am too tired. But when I wake up and workout in the morning I have all the energy left from my night of sleep. It's all about going to sleep earlier so you are able to sleep enough. Soo Whoop Whoop! haha.
Later today I will go to my Google colleague leaving due. I will update about that tomorrow.
